We’re proud to announce the grand reopening of our Arts District DTLA location!

Opened in 2007, our original Arts District location has been fully reimagined and rebuilt for 2025—and it’s better than ever. We’re proud to unveil seven completely remodeled recording studios, designed to inspire today’s music makers while honoring nearly two decades of LemonTree history.

The neighborhood has evolved, and so have we. LemonTree DTLA is back—bolder, sharper, and ready for the future of sound.

LemonTree DTLA is back with seven reimagined and precision built, B.Y.O.Gear studios. Five studios feature a control room + live room layout and two feature a single producer suite. All custom crafted for tracking, producing, and creating at the highest level. Your sound, your gear, your space.

Offering long-term lockouts in both the DTLA Arts District and Highland Park, our studios are designed for serious artists and producers seeking a creative home.

Our DTLA location features 5 premium Control Room + Live Room setups, along with two private Producer Suites, while Highland Park boasts 14 spacious Control Rooms connected to a fully outfitted Live Room via Dante networking.
